Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient assessments, including dental examinations and medical history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality general dentistry services such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and preventive care.
- Conduct complex procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, and oral surgeries with precision and aseptic technique.
- Utilize dental imaging technology and interpret medical imaging results to inform diagnoses and treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed in accordance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation and dental records using practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
- Educate patients on oral health best practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote ongoing wellness.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in continuing education opportunities focused on pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and other specialties as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist.
- Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in dental terminology and medical terminology.
- Familiarity with dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, infection control procedures, and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice.
- Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontic procedures, and pediatric dentistry is desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations including pediatrics and special needs patients.

Pay: $195,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
