Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate 3 & 5 axis CNC Mills/Routers and primary operations equipment
Lead setups for new and existing programs; support Operators as needed
Machine parts to print using work orders, blueprints, and GD&T
Perform self‑inspection and process non‑conforming material per procedure
Set tooling/work offsets and adjust machining parameters
Troubleshoot routine machining or process issues and communicate trends
Track scrap, document issues, and support continuous improvement efforts
Complete all required production and quality documentation
Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
Required Experience:
3–5 years CNC milling experience
1–2 years CNC setup experience
Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes
Skills:
G & M code comprehension
Proficient with calipers, height gauges, and precision measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Mechanical aptitude and solid math skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Proficient with Microsoft Office
