About the Role
As a Manufacturing Floor Lead, you will drive operational success by guiding high-performing teams, optimizing production workflows, and ensuring rigorous quality standards are met. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement while leveraging your expertise in packaging technology to exceed output goals.
Responsibilities-
Direct daily manufacturing operations, assigning tasks to ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.

Mentor and coach team members to enhance professional growth and maintain high levels of employee engagement.

Oversee equipment performance, including extrusion and flexographic printing systems, to minimize downtime.

Enforce strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) protocols.

Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements that reduce costs.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline support workflows and maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications

Proven track record of leadership and people management in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and lean principles.

Ability to interpret technical requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.

Demonstrated experience in managing complex production schedules and personnel.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related technical field.
