About the position...
The Construction Laborer is responsible for performing various manual labor tasks related to the company's commercial and residential construction projects. We are looking for team members to join our construction team for projects in the King of Prussia area, with the expectation of transitioning to future projects in the Greater Harrisburg area after construction is complete.

Moves and stages materials and tools for team members and tradespeople on site.

Sweeps and provides general cleaning services throughout the job site.

Holds and positions materials in place for installation for team members and tradespeople.

Sets up temporary structures such as barricades, scaffolding, and fencing.

Assists in mixing, pouring, and spreading of concrete/asphalt or other building materials as directed by team members.

Assists with renovations, fit-out work, and misc. labor tasks in support of Property Management related projects.

Responsible for inventory control, organization, and maintaining cleanliness of storage trailers, hand/power tools, and equipment on site.

If skilled - measures and cuts materials under supervision for team members.

If skilled - operates company vehicles, material handlers, forklifts, rental equipment, and trailers as directed.
What we are looking for from you...

Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

Previous hands on construction work is highly preferred, but not required

Must be able to complete construction work including but not limited to: digging, lifting, climbing ladders/stairs, and entering trench excavations

Must have basic hand tools - List will be provided at time of interview

Must be able to keep track of working hours and assigned tasks via mobile device

Experience/Education at a Vo-Tech or Trade School is highly preferred but not required

OSHA Certification is highly preferred but not required - will be required to obtain within one year of employment
