ND Home Health is building a dependable caregiving team in Sargent County. We are looking for individuals who can provide respectful, one-on-one support to people living in their own homes.
This is a community-based position, not a facility role. Caregivers generally work independently with one client at a time and help them remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care
- Assist with walking, transfers, and safe movement when required
- Prepare basic meals and help with routine household tasks
- Provide companionship, supervision, and social interaction
- Follow the client’s care plan and established daily routine
- Observe and report changes, concerns, or safety issues
- Maintain a respectful and safe home environment
Who This Position May Fit
This role may be a good fit for someone who is patient, responsible, and comfortable working without constant supervision. Previous caregiving experience is helpful, but CNA certification is not required for every position.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Able to safely assist clients with mobility and personal care
- Comfortable entering and working in private homes
- Reliable attendance and communication
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain client confidentiality
Schedule and Location
- Client assignments are located throughout Sargent County
- Hours depend on client authorizations and scheduling needs
- Part-time and flexible schedules may be available
- Travel between client homes may be required
- This is one-on-one, non-medical home care
