Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Role Summary:
As a DSP, you provide direct care and support to residents, ensuring dignity, safety, and joy in daily living. You are the heartbeat of our homes—bringing compassion, consistency, and professionalism to every shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, companionship, and daily living support.
- Support residents in community integration, activities, and outings .
- Maintain clean, safe, and inviting living environments .
- Follow individualized care plans, safety protocols, and compliance standards .
- Actively participate in staff huddles and contribute to our culture of team over titles .

Qualifications:
-Must have a high school degree or equivalent (i.e. GED)
-Must be 18 years or older
-Must have a valid drivers license
-DSP 1 and DSP 2 Certificates a plus
-CPR and First Aid Certificate
-DOJ fingerprint clearance
-Medication Administration
