Overview
The Chief Engineer is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the engineering operations within our organization. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilities management and hospitality experience. The Chief Engineer will ensure that all systems are functioning efficiently and effectively. This role demands a strong understanding of electrical systems, HVAC, and project management to maintain and improve our facilities.
Duties
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of the hotel aits facilty and guest rooms
- Perform preventative maintence daily
- Manage HVAC systems to ensure optimal climate control within facilities.
- Coordinate project management activities for engineering projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all engineering operations.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage applications.
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Extensive experience in facilities management and industrial maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and their operational requirements.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving in complex environments.
The Chief Engineer will play an essential role in maintaining the integrity of our facilities while leading innovative projects that drive efficiency and effectiveness across our operations. Hotel experience is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
