What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Book events and plan exceptional catered and private dining experiences.
- Drive sales growth and retain loyal business partners.
- Lead with attention to detail, organization and passion for hospitality.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure flawless execution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience in restaurant, catering or hospitality environment.
- Track record of successfully executing events of all sizes.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu planning and presentation.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication – written and verbal.
- Superior relationship-building abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a drive to exceed expectations.

- Must have proven record of reliability,
punctuality
- Must have excellent communication skills -
verbal and written, and superior
organizational ability
- Must be computer literate in
Microsoft Office programs
- Prior sales experience required and proficiency
in catering software (Delphi or other) preferred
- Ideal candidate will have demonstrated
customer service and/or restaurant/hotel
management experience
- Demonstrated experience in securing business
relations with clients/guests and in developing
strategies that improve guest satisfaction and
build client loyalty
- Must be appropriately dressed in business
attire to represent Ruth’s Chris Steak House
inside and outside of the restaurant
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule and
expect to work weekends, nights and holidays
- Must express maturity and social skills of a
hospitality sales professional in the fine dining arena
