Electrical Superintendent – Data Center & Mission Critical Construction | Nationwide Travel | Housing + Per Diem

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale electrical construction projects nationwide with long-term, year-round work and excellent career growth opportunities.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising electrical crews, managing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, driving safety and quality, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with NEC, OSHA, and project specifications.
Nationwide travel is required. Company-paid housing, daily per diem, and travel support are provided for all project assignments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical crews on large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects
- Manage daily field operations, manpower planning, scheduling, productivity, materials, and jobsite coordination
- Oversee installation of electrical infrastructure, including medium-voltage systems (5kV–35kV)
- Ensure all work meets NEC requirements, project specifications, quality standards, and scheduled milestones
- Promote a strong safety culture while maintaining OSHA compliance and high-quality workmanship
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, owners, and utility providers
- Review electrical drawings, blueprints, specifications, RFIs, and construction documents
- Track project progress, complete daily reports, monitor production, and maintain field documentation
- Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, or Foreman
- Experience leading electrical construction projects in data centers, mission-critical, industrial, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, or large commercial environments
- Proven ability to manage large electrical crews and complex field operations
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, scheduling, sequencing, and project execution
- Experience with medium-voltage electrical systems (5kV–35kV) preferred
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Strong understanding of NEC requirements and OSHA safety standards
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software is a plus
- Willingness to travel nationwide for extended project assignments

Location
Current project is based in Iowa, with ongoing nationwide travel supporting major data center and mission-critical electrical construction projects throughout the United States.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
