Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized HVAC Warehouse, Fleet & Facilities Manager to lead our logistics, maintenance, and facilities operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless supply chain management, efficient fleet operations, and optimal warehouse performance. Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
- Manage fleet operations including maintenance scheduling, parts & materials stock and compliance with transportation regulations to optimize vehicle utilization and safety.
- Supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement through effective leadership and training.
- Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop budgets for warehouse operations, fleet maintenance, and facilities management while monitoring expenses against financial targets.
- Lead procurement activities related to materials management, equipment purchasing including HVAC systems and vendor negotiations to secure quality supplies at competitive prices.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards such as OSHA regulations; conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for staff.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with lean methodologies to streamline processes across all operational areas.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HVAC warehouse, fleet and facilities management.
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting, demand planning, production planning, and inventory control.
- Supervisory experience leading coworkers in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or fleet management roles.
- Knowledge of procurement processes including purchasing of materials and equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Ability to analyze logistics data to optimize inventory levels and overall supply chain performance. Pay: $53,595.11 - $73,544.64 per year
