This is a dual role. Half of it is hands-on esthetics. The other half is actively growing the business: networking, bringing in new clients, and building brand partnerships on behalf of KRIDO. We're bringing biohacking into beauty, improving our clients' health and appearance at a cellular level through non-invasive, science-backed treatments. The role, in plain terms
You'll split your time across three things, and all three matter equally:
- Esthetician work. Deliver KRIDO treatments (facials, cryo face and body sculpting, brow lift and tint, lash lift and tint) to a high standard. Full training provided, including Circadia by Dr. Pugliese skincare.
- Bringing in new clients. Represent KRIDO at networking events and pop-ups, start conversations, turn them into booked appointments, and track your leads and conversions.
- Partnerships and brand growth on behalf of KRIDO. Identify and pitch aligned local brands, coordinate influencer collaborations, create social content, and own those relationships over time.
As the business grows, your treatment hours fill in alongside your growth work. The more clients you bring in, the more your own book and your earnings grow.
What you'll do day to day
- Perform KRIDO services and deliver a polished, on-brand client experience
- Recommend retail and packages that genuinely serve the client
- Attend networking events and pop-ups and convert conversations into bookings
- Pitch and manage brand partnerships and influencer collaborations
- Create and film content that grows our audience
- Track and report on bookings, partnerships, content, and growth on a regular cadence
- Hit deadlines, and flag any at-risk deadline early with a plan
Who we're looking for
This role requires both a licensed esthetician and a natural business builder in one person. That's rare, and that's the point.
Must-haves:
- Active Florida Facial Specialist / Esthetician license
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on esthetics experience. This is a firm requirement. We provide training on KRIDO's specific treatments, but you need to walk in with real technical skill and client experience.
- Demonstrated ability in sales, marketing, social media, or business development, with examples you can point to
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Reliable transportation and willingness to attend off-site events

Compensation and schedule
Hourly base plus commission (specifics discussed during the interview process). W-2, part-time to start, with flexible hours and real potential to grow into full-time. Hybrid by design: on-site at KRIDO when you have clients booked, growth and content work from home when you don't.
