Full-Time Position | 4–5 Days per Week | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk / Team Lead to join our growing Head Spa team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with clients, and is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in daily operations while helping lead and support the team. We are looking for someone who is confident in sales, highly organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide an outstanding first impression
- Manage client check-ins and checkouts
- Schedule appointments and maintain the daily booking calendar
- Respond to phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries
- Communicate with prospective clients and educate them about services
- Conduct client outreach and follow-up communications
- Promote and sell retail products, memberships, and special offers
- Support marketing and client retention initiatives
- Assist in guiding and supporting the spa team throughout daily operations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient front desk environment
- Address customer concerns professionally and help resolve service issues
- Ensure schedules run smoothly and maximize appointment availability
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in hospitality, spa, salon, wellness, retail, or customer service preferred
- Sales experience and confidence recommending products and memberships
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
