PURPOSE
- As an intern at National Church Residences, you provide professional services, as appropriate to the day-to-day operating objectives of the unit while meeting the goals of the educational internship program.

This Part Time role will work in our Dublin, Ohio corporate office during standard business hours.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:
The typical responsibilities for you in this position include assisting the immediate supervisor, other origination team members and/or the department with the following:

Review tax credit and bond application submittals and lender applications to develop affordable housing communities.

Assist with financial models for the development including, without limitation 4% and 9% tax credit models.

Review and prepare funding applications to develop affordable housing communities.

Promote and participate as an active and supportive member of the acquisition and development team.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

Must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate program, working towards a degree.
Experience: Entry level – no experience required
Skills:
- Must have working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and World Wide Web.

Must have good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.

Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
