Luxury Retail Operations Associate (Temporary)
Location: Aspen, CO
Duration: 2 Weeks
Pay: $23.81/hour
Career Group Companies is partnering with a confidential luxury retail client to hire a Temporary Operations Associate to support its Aspen boutique. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes retail operations and thrives in an organized, fast-paced luxury environment.
This position is primarily back-of-house and focuses on operational support rather than sales.
Schedule
- Approximately 30 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling
- Store Hours: Monday–Saturday - 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Fold and bag merchandise for transfers
- Assist with inventory cycle counts
- Shred confidential documents
- Remove trash and cardboard from back-of-house areas
- Help maintain an organized and efficient stockroom
- Provide general operational support to the boutique team
- Minimal time spent on the sales floor
Qualifications
- Previous retail, stockroom, warehouse, or operations experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, moving merchandise, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace in a fast-paced environment
