Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
- Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) or EMR systems to accurately record patient information and medical documentation.
- Support clients with Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, memory care, hospice needs, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities.
- Operate medical equipment like Hoyer lifts safely and assist with transfers to prevent injury.
- Prepare nutritious meals, assist with cooking, laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a clean living environment.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines strictly to protect patient confidentiality at all times.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain professionalism while working in home
Qualifications
- Valid CNA certification or HHA certification required; prior experience in nursing homes or long-term care settings is highly preferred.
- Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or hospice care is a strong plus.
- Comfort working independently in home health environments while adhering to safety protocols.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
