We are currently expanding and hiring a full-time Remote Health Benefits Coordinator to join our team.
Compensation: $60,000 – $85,000 per year
Performance-based earnings with opportunities for advancement.
This role focuses on helping individuals understand their health coverage options and guiding them through the enrollment process while working in a supportive and structured remote environment.

Training and licensing support are provided, when applicable.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with individuals who are reviewing their health insurance options
- Learn about each client’s needs and provide clear information on available plans and benefits
- Assist clients through plan selection and enrollment
- Answer questions and provide professional support throughout the process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
- Communicate with clients primarily by phone and computer
- Work with team members to provide a smooth and positive client experience
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or client support is helpful but not required.

Remote | Full-time
This is a fully remote, phone- and computer-based position. Team members work from home while collaborating with a team focused on helping individuals make informed health coverage decisions.
A reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace are required.
