· Supervise and engage with children in grades K-8 during after school hours
· Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and games to promote social and emotional development
· Assist with homework and provide academic support
· Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program
· Communicate effectively with parents and school staff regarding children's progress and behavior
· Maintain a clean and organized environment
Encourage positive behavior and conflict resolution among children
