About Insight
Insight Soccer Training is a private and small-group coaching business in Aurora, Colorado. We work with competitive youth players in a focused, high-touch environment: private lessons and small semi-private pods where every player gets real reps and real feedback. We are growing our roster of coaches to meet strong demand for private and semi-private training.
The Role
We are looking for a dedicated coach to run private and semi-private sessions on a consistent weekly schedule. This is a leverage role, not a fill-in role. You own your sessions, build relationships with your players and their families, and deliver training that visibly moves the needle on individual technical and tactical development.
The immediate need is coverage for two evenings per week, with room to grow as your book fills.
What You'll Do
- Lead private (1:1) and small-group/semi-private sessions for competitive youth players
- Design and adapt sessions to each player's age, level, and development goals
- Give clear, specific feedback that players and parents can understand and act on
- Track player progress across sessions and communicate it to families
- Represent Insight's standards and culture in every session
- Manage your own availability and scheduling within our booking system
Who You Are
- Playing background at a competitive level (club, academy, college, or higher preferred)
- Coaching experience with youth players, or strong potential and a clear coaching eye
- Able to break down technique and teach it, not just demonstrate it
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent week to week
- Great with kids and comfortable communicating with parents
- Coaching licenses (USC, USSF) a plus but not required
Schedule & Commitment
- Approximately 2-3 evenings per week to start
- Consistent weekly availability is essential, since players train on a recurring basis
- Additional sessions available as your roster grows
Compensation
$45 per session to start. Your income scales directly with some experience, the sessions you run, and the players you retain. Top coaches build a full, repeat book quickly given current demand.
Requirements
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable transportation to our Aurora training site
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
