We are expanding and looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and inspire multiple offices across Southern California.
Position Overview
The Regional Sales Manager plays a key role in driving sales growth, coaching local managers and teams, and ensuring every office meets and exceeds its goals. This is not a desk job — we’re looking for someone hands-on, proactive, and full of energy who can motivate others and make things happen.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support multiple office locations to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coach, train, and motivate sales teams to deliver outstanding customer service and performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to maximize results.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide ongoing development for team members.
- Lead by example — foster a positive, high-energy, and results-driven environment.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop growth strategies, promotions, and new initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain operational excellence across all offices.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within insurance, retail, or financial services.
- Strong ability to coach and develop sales teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving results.
- Must be proactive, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between office locations as needed.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
