Must have Experience in the Health Club or Gym Industry required for this position. Position will require you to oversee Memberships sales. Membership Director will hire, train team for sales department. Required to sell personal training, pilates and memberships. Will be required to manage all aspects of the business. Lead Generation, pushing new sales and well as a strong retention program. Inside and outside marketing strategy along with a corporate wellness program. Must have strong backing in social media. Instagram, Facebook, Google. The job is salary plus commission and bonuses. Benefits include Health Care, Dental, and Vision, paid time off.
