Duties
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management
- Supervise and support team members in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences
- Coordinate employee training & development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures while supervising shift activities
Requirements
- Proven supervisory or assistant management experience within restaurant environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work culture
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for diverse customer engagement
- Demonstrated proficiency in food safety, portion control, and cash handling
- Experience with POS systems and retail math
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently using time management and organizational skills
