ABOUT THE ROLE
Analytics Team within Health Strategy: Our team optimizes pharmacy benefits for our clients by
- Ensuring that our clients have access to the best economic terms,
- Developing efficient network and clinical solutions to achieve client access and health goals, and
- Ensuring aligned incentives between the patient, plan, PBM, and pharmacy to drive the lowest net cost possible
Contributor Responsibilities: Analysts provide full analytic support including standardized and Ad Hoc reporting using Health Strategy developed tools and creating custom reports and presentations. Tools commonly used include database SQL, MS Excel models, and Power Point presentations. Analytic investigations support our client’s ability to manage the pharmacy benefit to improve or maintain the clinical appropriateness of the network and clinical structure while improving the financial cost of the benefit. This role will be responsible for evaluating Prescription Benefit Manager (PBM) proposals, clinical changes, reconciliation of financial guarantees with PBMs, and forecasting.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of analytic experience
- 3+ years of pharmacy economic analytics
- Comfort communicating at all organizational levels
- Bachelor’s degree or more in finance, economics, pharmacy, data science, actuarial science, or related STEM field
- Adept with Microsoft Excel
- Database exposure with SQL

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
