Rock Canyon Respiratory & Rehabilitation is one of Colorado’s most unique post-acute care facilities, offering multiple levels of specialized care including ventilator and respiratory care, rehabilitation services, memory care, and long-term care. We are currently seeking passionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Position Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. CNAs play a vital role in supporting residents’ daily needs, promoting dignity, safety, and comfort, while helping maintain the highest level of quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity and respect
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff
- Support residents receiving specialized services including respiratory/ventilator care, rehabilitation, and memory care
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents
- Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Colorado
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- Passion for serving seniors and individuals requiring skilled care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment
