Overview
Synergy Health Center is seeking a licensed and dedicated Contractual Clinicians to join our multidisciplinary team. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based care to our community. This position offers the flexibility of a contractual arrangement within a supportive, professional, and established clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Clinical Care: Provide intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing therapeutic services to a diverse caseload of clients.
● Documentation: Maintain timely, accurate, and comprehensive clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and internal standards.
● Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
● Collaboration: Coordinate with the clinical team at Synergy Health Center to ensure integrated care, participating in staffing or clinical consultations as needed.
● Ethical Standards: Adhere to all legal, ethical, and clinical standards of the profession and the policies of Synergy Health Center. Qualifications
● Licensure: Must hold a current, active, and unrestricted license to practice in the State of Michigan (e.g., LP, LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLC, LP, TLLP).
● Experience: Experience in outpatient mental health settings is preferred.
● Expertise: Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
● Professionalism: Strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and professional development.
