Job Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Perform a variety of tasks involving use of hands tools, such as, but not limited to, minor demolishing activities, wood, and metal stud framing
- Prepare material takeoffs
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard
- Perform skilled carpentry work
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools and company equipment
- Operate company vehicles, forklifts, and aerial lifts in conjunction with proper
- Receive materials and offload in a safe and proficient
- Prepare surfaces for paint and other applications
- Other duties, as assigned.
- Employee may be required to work extended hours (more than 8 hours per day), and weekends. Employees will be compensated based on guidelines in the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Experience, Skillset, & Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent desired, and 2 to 3 years experience in skilled carpentry
- Favorable driver’s record/valid license.
- Must successfully complete background check and drug/alcohol
