The Role
Are you a confident, money-driven sales professional? As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will serve as the face of Coastal Bath Co., running scheduled appointments in prospective customers' homes. Following a proven, personalized one-call close methodology, you will assess their remodeling needs, design a custom bath or shower solution, and secure the business.
This role is built for top-tier closers who want to focus entirely on selling rather than prospecting.

Key Responsibilities
- Travel to in-home consultations throughout your designated territory.
- Take precise measurements of the customer's bathing area and document site findings.
- Deliver dynamic product demonstrations and provide accurate, custom-fit proposals.
- Guide homeowners through a consultative process to close sales.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing performance training.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of direct, B2C, or in-home sales experience is highly preferred. However, we successfully train top talent from retail, automotive, and hospitality backgrounds.
- Skills: Strong closing ability, excellent communication, and a proven history of exceeding sales metrics.
- Logistics: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays to accommodate homeowner schedules.
