Overview
Black Pearl is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Assistant to support our fine dining service team. In this role, you will help create an exceptional dining experience by assisting servers, maintaining a clean and organized dining room, and ensuring every guest receives attentive, seamless service. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Weekend availability is required. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Assist servers with food and beverage service
- Set, clear, and reset tables to fine dining standards
- Refill water and assist with guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room
- Polish glassware, silverware, and tableware
- Support opening and closing side work
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
- Must be avaliable to work on weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Fine dining experience is a plus
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
