Team Pediatric Therapy is growing, and we are looking for TWO passionate Pediatric COTAs to join our team!
We are currently hiring for:
Position Options
1. Hybrid Doctor Phillips Clinic + Doctor Phillips Natural Environment COTA
Split between clinic sessions and natural environment services (schools, daycares, and homes)
- Available as:
- Full-time W2 with benefits
- OR 1099 contractor position
2. Hybrid Millenia Clinic + Millenia Natural Environment COTA
Split between clinic sessions and natural environment services (schools, daycares, and homes)
- Available as:
- Full-time W2 with benefits
- OR 1099 contractor position
3. Hybrid Doctor Phillips Clinic + Winter Garden Natural Environment COTA
Split between clinic sessions and natural environment services (schools, daycares, and homes)
- Available as:
- Full-time W2 with benefits
- OR 1099 contractor position
Compensation
- W2 Full-Time: $30–37/hour + benefits
- 1099 Contractor: $40–45/hour

We provide both clinic-based and natural environment therapy services throughout Central Florida and are proud to be one of the largest pediatric therapy providers serving Orange County Public Schools.
