Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and fun customer-focused Servers, Hostess and Togo person to join our dynamic team.
Duties
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Aloha and Micros
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and giving accurate change
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations through bussing and sanitation procedures
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Support kitchen staff with basic food prep when needed
- Follow all safety protocols related to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; experience in casual dining is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha, Toast or Micros is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills
- Excellent time management skills to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for billing, change calculation, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work during peak hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Pay: $2.15 - $25.00 per hour
