Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required
- Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) with appropriate school experience
- Prior experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Demonstrated capacity for both independent work and effective teamwork
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide tailored therapy sessions aimed at achieving language and speech targets
- Track progress and document outcomes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and health professionals to support student success
- Educate and involve families throughout the therapy process to maximize outcomes
