Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a full-service banking organization in Roseville, CA. This leadership role is ideal for a banking professional with a strong background in branch operations, client service, sales growth, team development, and regulatory compliance.
The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch performance, lead and coach branch staff, drive deposit growth, support business and consumer banking relationships, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys building strong teams, developing local community relationships, and contributing directly to branch profitability and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of a full-service bank branch, including client service, product sales, operational quality, security, safety, and compliance.
- Lead, coach, train, and develop branch employees to support strong performance, high service standards, and career growth.
- Drive branch growth through sales leadership, deposit generation, outbound calling, customer profiling, referrals, and relationship-building activities.
- Monitor branch performance, audit readiness, operational controls, expenses, reports, overdrafts, exceptions, and compliance with bank policies and regulations.
- Resolve complex customer service issues, support business and consumer account needs, and model a customer-first branch culture.
- Represent the branch in local business, civic, and community activities, including CRA-related volunteer efforts.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $90,000 to $105,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- In-office position located in Roseville, CA.
- Requires flexibility to work beyond scheduled hours in some cases.
