About the Position
Love2Learn ABA is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients in their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and making a meaningful impact in their lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the client’s home.
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect accurate session data and complete documentation after each session.
- Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
- Communicate regularly with the BCBA regarding client progress.
- Attend required training and team meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience working with children is preferred
- Experience with Autism or ABA is a plus, but not required
- Active RBT certification is preferred (if applicable)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
