Program Overview
The Pittsburgh Tomorrow Leadership Corps (PTLC) is a countywide initiative designed
to develop high school students as civic minded leaders while deepening their affection
for—and long term commitment to—Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. Through hands on
conservation projects, curated seminars, and partnerships with leading educational,
cultural, governmental, and technology institutions, PTLC introduces students to the
people, places, and opportunities shaping Pittsburgh’s future.
PTLC is intentionally partnership driven. We recruit and engage students, coordinate
participation, and manage relationships—but our programming is delivered by
best in class partners, including universities, museums, nonprofits, government agencies,
and technology companies.

- Manage calendars, registrations, attendance tracking, and partner logistics.
Event Execution and On Site Leadership
- Serve as the onsite PTLC lead for events and seminars.
- Coordinate student checkin, attendance verification, engagement, and followup.
- Ensure students represent PTLC professionally and adhere to program expectations.
- Troubleshoot issues in real time and ensure a highquality student experience.
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
