Primary Job Function: To provide diagnostic HVAC service for residential customers and some light commercial applications. This is an independent, fast-moving role where technical skill and experience determine success. Compensation is based on proven experience, knowledge, and capability.

Position-Related Qualifications:
Residential HVAC Service & Diagnostics experience is strongly preferred.
(Prior install-only, maintenance-only, apartment maintenance, or building maintenance experience does not meet the requirements for this position.)
- Strong diagnostic ability in electrical, refrigeration, airflow, controls
- Proficient soldering and brazing skills
- Proven ability to work independently and solve complex problems in the field
- Willingness to attend service training and continuing education
- Ability to safely work from ladders, crawlspaces, attics, and roofs
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
- Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, service tools, and testing instruments
- EPA and OSHA certifications preferred; required post-hire (testing offered)
Company-Required Qualifications
- Customer service skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Basic knowledge of technology (phones, tablets, computers) provided by employer
- Have required basic hand tools and service field tools - some provided by employer
Job Duties
- On-call rotation: one night per week + rotating weekends
- Arrive at job sites at scheduled time and location
- Move efficiently between multiple job sites throughout the day
- Safely operate a company-provided service vehicle
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and workmanship
- Complete all documentation through ServiceTitan accurately and on time
- Perform planned system maintenance using company checklists
- Other duties as assigned
