Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated individual who will be responsible for general property maintenance and upkeep at numerous residential and apartment properties in East Dallas.
The ideal applicant will have backgrounds in multiple of the following areas:
- General Interior and Exterior Property Maintenance
- Painting
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- HVAC
- Landscaping
- Experience with pool equipment is a plus
Daily responsibilities will include:
- General property maintenance at numerous locations in East Dallas. Everything from painting to plumbing and electrical work
- Apartment Make Ready
- Occasional yard landscaping and trash pick up
This will be a Full Time 1099 position on an independent contractor basis. Must have own work vehicle that can haul equipment such as pickup truck or van. Must have own tools. 40+ hours per week is preferred with opportunities for weekend and overtime work. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
Pay: $25 - $30/hr (Negotiable based on experience)
