1803 Capital LLC dba Edge Financial Services is hiring for the position of Market Manager in various locations. The Market Manager is responsible for the management and growth of an assigned area.
Current locations to be positioned with a Market Manager are:
- Alabama (Birmingham area)
- Florida (Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville areas)
- Georgia (Atlanta outskirts – Newnan, Peachtree City, Marietta, Alpharetta, Lawrenceville, Stockbridge areas)
- Georgia (Central and Coastal – Milledgeville, Macon, Statesboro, Savannah areas)
- Tennessee (Nashville area)
Areas of Responsibility are as follows:
- Build and expand the assigned territory by identifying and signing new dealerships to drive loan application growth and profitability.
- Make regular dealer visits, cold calls, and take inbound calls from dealerships to build relationships and capture business.
- Daily management of dealer accounts through physical visits, phone calls, emails, faxes, mailers, campaigns, and follow-ups.
- Establish trusted relationships with key decisions makers at each dealer location.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for dealer relationship matters.
- Educate dealers on all aspects of the company lending program(s) and how to maximize the value of the program(s) for their individual dealership. Advise dealers on the company’s underwriting guidelines and programs in their specific market consistently educating our dealers on the value and details of our program.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet goals.
- Maintain high quality customer satisfaction and retention of dealers.
- Identify business opportunities by dealer and to prepare dealer visit objectives.
- Complete and submit documentation to track and assess established goals.
- Partner with other operational teams to capture quality business from existing dealers and increase utilization of the program(s).
- Foster a collaborative culture that facilitates the achievement of business plan objectives by working closely with other associates and members of management.
- Effectively collaborate with origination team members daily providing an excellent dealer experience.
- Must maintain valid driver’s license and hold current auto insurance proof.
- Perform additional assignments as required by the needs of the company or as directed by management; Participate in special projects as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education/Experience:
- Three (3) years’ experience in auto finance with sub-prime auto financing experience preferred.
- Two to three (2-3) years’ experience in sales with auto industry experience.
- Knowledge of the local market with established customer relationships preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Strong understanding of dealership F&I department functions.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management systems.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel daily and spend most of the day in a vehicle.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times as needed.
Candidates must have a reliable vehicle to travel within their assigned region. Hired individuals must show proof of a current, valid driver's license and current, valid auto insurance.
Base compensation will be between $65,000 - $75,000 annually. However, Market Managers “on target” can earn an estimated total of $100,000-$125,000 or more annually as there is no limit to the incentives and commission earned based on performance. The Market Manager will also receive a monthly auto allowance and cell phone allowance.
