Job Description:
Bartenders are critical in providing our guests with cold beers, expertly crafted cocktails
and ensuring responsible service in a perfect sports bar atmosphere. Our bartenders
need to be engaged, fun, friendly and able to manage guest interactions and
experiences and above all, adhere to responsible service policies and compliance with
all alcohol service laws.
Responsibilities:
Properly setting up and taking down bar station
Welcoming guests to our house
Delivering food and beverage orders to bar rail customers in a timely and
courteous fashion
Cleaning, organizing and maintaining bar refrigerators, coolers, glassware, and
storage areas
Preparing drinks for service staff
Communicating with fellow staff members to ensure quality product and ticket
times
Adjusting to high-pressure and busy work-flow times
Practicing alcohol awareness and exercising good judgement when serving
guests alcohol in compliance with state laws
Maintain a professional and calm demeanor
Qualifications:
Current Serve Safe or equivalent certificate
Current Food Handler Certificates
Ability to manage guests consuming alcohol
Ability to carry at least 30 pounds
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Adherence to personal safety standards
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to bend, reach, squat and lift while on shift
Knowledge of bar equipment and proper use of equipment
