Telefèric Barcelona in Los Gatos is hiring an experienced Host/Hostess to run the door and the reservation book in a high-volume Spanish restaurant. Long-term position, 25+ hours per week.
What you'll do:
- Manage the OpenTable book — table assignments, pacing, waitlist, turn times
- Maximize seating capacity across a busy service
- Welcome every guest and set the tone for their experience
What we require:
- 2+ years as a host/hostess in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Advanced OpenTable skills — grid management, waitlist, guest profiles (not just basic check-in)
- Composed under pressure, highly organized, guest-service oriented
