Empath is seeking an energetic and professional Receptionist / Concierge / Sales Associate to serve as the welcoming face of our wellness center. In this vital role, you will welcome clients, turn over rooms, and get commission based on the sales you make (Range above is based on hourly + commission estimates).

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately
- Actively sell and understand the services we offer
- Maintain a clean, organized spa environment
- Handle data entry tasks accuracy
- Ensure all clients fill out waivers accurately
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and upsell clients
- Support office management activities
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with administrative tasks such as typing reports, managing phone etiquette, and supporting personal assistant functions when needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
