Overview:
Leading financial aid operations, this role mentors advisors, streamlines processes, and collaborates across campus to ensure seamless administrative execution. The position oversees Title IV, VA, and state aid programs, managing audits, reporting, and regulatory compliance while delivering empathetic, high-touch support to guide families through complex funding options.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, student accounts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
Candidates need 5+ years of financial aid experience with increasing responsibility and deep knowledge of federal/state aid programs.
Pay: $68,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
