Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Charlotte, NC
Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We are committed to helping children and families thrive through evidence-based ABA therapy. Pay: $22 – $26/hour (based on experience)
Hours: Full-time or part-time
Shifts: Schedules are based on client availability with M-F schedules and multiple clients available
Location: Currently staffing cases in Charlotte, NC (In-Home and in school Services)

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school
Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
Track and document client progress
Collaborate with families and team members
Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment
Active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)
40-hour RBT training required (if willing to complete it; resources available upon request)
High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
Experience with children (required)
Experience with ABA therapy a plus (not required)
Ability to pass background check
Reliable transportation for local travel
