Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Insurance Account Manager to assist in the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, capable of multi-tasking and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure a smooth, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Oversight: Oversee policy administration to include processing new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, billing and premium adjustments while ensuring accurate documentation.
- Office Administration and Daily Office Operations: Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Order office supplies and ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Communication & Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries. Manage communications between departments and with external vendors, clients, and visitors.
- Human Resources Support: Assist with onboarding new employees as well as help coordinate benefits, payroll, and other HR administrative tasks as needed.
- Financial & Budget Management: Track and manage office budgets, including expenses for office supplies, services, and events. Process invoices and monitor expenditures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and budgeting practices is a plus
- Willing to get licensed in Property and Casualty insurance within 60 days of hire date

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
