About the Role
The Blend Coffee & Cocktails is looking for an experienced, hands-on District Manager to oversee our six locations throughout the Tampa Bay area, including St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park, Largo, Tampa, and Palmetto.
The District Manager is responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operational execution of our stores. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing leaders, improving store performance, solving problems, and creating consistent operational standards across multiple locations.
Our District Manager will spend significant time in our stores working directly with Store Leads and Store Managers and will serve as the primary operational point of contact for store leadership. Regular travel between all six locations is required, and a monthly vehicle allowance is provided.
What You'll Do
- Directly manage, coach, and develop Store Leads and Store Managers
- Maintain regular in-store presence across all locations
- Conduct store visits and operational audits to ensure standards are consistently met
- Hold regular one-on-one meetings with store leadership
- Monitor sales, labor, customer counts, average ticket, reviews, staffing, and other key performance indicators
- Identify opportunities for improvement and create store-level action plans
- Hold store leadership accountable for performance, standards, and follow-through
- Oversee staffing levels and ensure stores are appropriately staffed
- Interview and hire store-level employees in partnership with store leadership
- Oversee scheduling and labor management across locations
- Support Store Leads/Managers with staffing and coverage escalations
- Oversee employee coaching, performance management, attendance, and accountability
- Ensure new-hire training is completed consistently and effectively
- Develop Store Leads for advancement into future Store Manager positions
- Oversee store-level inventory, ordering, pars, waste, and product availability
- Ensure company policies, promotions, menu launches, and operational initiatives are properly executed
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, product quality, customer service, food safety, and overall store operations
- Serve as the escalation point for significant store-level customer and operational concerns
- Coordinate operational maintenance and equipment needs
- Communicate store performance, challenges, and action plans to company leadership
- Support operational readiness for new store openings and future company growth
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of management experience in coffee, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or another multi-location service environment
- Multi-unit management experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing and developing other leaders
- Strong understanding of staffing, scheduling, labor management, training, and store operations
- Comfortable reviewing and acting on store performance metrics and KPIs
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Organized, proactive, dependable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable holding team members and leaders accountable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and locations
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel regularly between Tampa Bay locations
- Flexible availability based on operational needs
Schedule
This is a full-time leadership position generally averaging 45–50 hours per week.
The schedule will vary based on the operational needs of the stores and will require regular presence across multiple locations and different dayparts. Weekend and occasional evening availability is required as needed, but this position is not intended to require continuous 24/7 availability or routine seven-day workweeks.
Store Leads/Managers will serve as the first point of contact for routine store issues, staffing needs, and call-outs, with the District Manager serving as the next level of operational support.
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000–$85,000 annual salary, based on experience
- $200/month vehicle allowance for required travel between company locations
- $200/month health insurance allowance beginning after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
