Front of House — Made by Solace (Lagree & Wellness Studio)
Made by Solace is seeking a Front of House Associate to be the welcoming face of our Lagree and wellness studio. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fitness, wellness, and community, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Made by Solace is more than a fitness studio — it's a sanctuary for mindfulness, movement, and self-care. We're built around Lagree fitness, red light therapy, and a community that genuinely shows up for each other. We're looking for a warm, detail-oriented Front of House team member who takes pride in creating a five-star experience from the moment a client walks through our doors.
What You'll Do
As the face of Solace, you'll be responsible for creating a seamless, welcoming environment before, during, and after every class. Your day-to-day includes checking clients in via Mariana Tek, reviewing client notes (injuries, pregnancy modifications, birthdays, new memberships), and communicating key information to instructors before class begins. You'll prepare cold eucalyptus towels for cooldown, manage laundry throughout your shift, and keep the towel fridge stocked and ready. You'll continuously wipe down restroom counters between every class, restock amenities, and maintain the Mega Pros — dusting, disinfecting, and keeping the fitness floor spotless. Opening shifts include refilling tea water, counting inventory, cleaning mirrors, and setting up the studio. Closing shifts include vacuuming, mopping, taking out trash, setting up for the next morning's class, and ensuring everything is powered down safely. During downtime, you'll respond to client emails and message inquiries, check missed calls and send follow-up texts, and engage with our community on Instagram and TikTok. You'll also handle membership and Classpass questions, assist with retail and inventory, and step up with professionalism during unexpected situations like last-minute instructor changes.
