Build Your Career with Na Hoku
Na Hoku is seeking an organized, motivated, and solutions-oriented Facilities & Store Operations Coordinator to join our Facilities, Construction & Store Operations Department.

- Provide administrative support to the Store Operations Administrator
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and departmental documentation
- Organize and maintain facilities and construction project files
- Track project supplies, documentation, and schedules
- Coordinate vendor communications and support project logistics

- Want to understand the "why" behind the work—not just complete a task.

- Take ownership of their responsibilities and anticipate next steps.
- Think critically and ask informed questions before acting.
- Communicate clearly and professionally across departments, stores, and with outside vendors.
- Approach feedback and collaboration with maturity and professionalism.
- Stay organized and detail-oriented while managing several priorities at once.
