The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated, energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our pipeline by identifying and engaging prospective customers. As the first point of contact for many organizations, you'll play a critical role in generating qualified meetings for our Account Executives and educating prospects on how 71lbs helps businesses save money on shipping.

Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through phone calls and email
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers, including Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Procurement leaders.
- Maintain accurate records and activities within the CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation campaigns and follow-up strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting goals.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related role (SaaS experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Hubspot.
