Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff during shifts, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality standards are met.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Control inventory levels, monitor food safety practices, and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with staff training, development, and performance evaluations to promote team growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure an outstanding dining experience.
- Support kitchen management by coordinating food production, managing shift schedules, and maintaining cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurants; casual dining or fine dining experience is a plus.
- Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated staff training and team management capabilities.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential.
- Familiarity with inventory control, food safety regulations, and kitchen management practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality management, catering, or hotel environments is advantageous.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
