Family Partners is looking for a dynamic, hands on Human Resources Director that has a strong work ethic, possesses high attention to detail and has a mindset of constant improvement. This position is critical in the continued growth of the company and will be the leader in enhancing various aspects of the Human Resources functions.

Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field.
· 10+ years experience with increasing responsibility.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual Spanish preferred.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and integrity.
· Highly organized with the ability to manage time efficiently.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Highly proficient with Paylocity payroll system - must have extensive knowledge with Paylocity.
· Strong leadership skills
· Strong ability to work with numerous interruptions, distractions, and changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Wage and Labor Laws:
· Stay up to date on federal and state wages and labor laws.
· Ensure company compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
· Provide guidance to management and employees on labor law matters.
HR Compliance and Documentation:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files and documentation.
· Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
· Lead in developing and writing policy & memo changes as well as employee handbook edits.
Bi-Weekly Payroll Processing:
· Work with Program managers to ensure payroll system & supporting systems are accurate.
· Manage employee deductions, tax withholdings and direct deposit information.
· Manage all employee PTO, sick time and Holiday hours.
Full Life-Cycle Recruiting:
· Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding and training.
· Develop job descriptions, conduct interviews, and make job offers.
· Conduct employer performance reviews and assist with performance improvement goals.
· Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
Employee Relations:
· Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
· Manage all employee disciplinary processes with Program managers.
· Address employee concerns, disputes, and grievances in a professional and confidential manner.
· Conduct employee investigations surrounding misconduct.
· Ensure employee turnover rates continue to decrease.
· Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Employee Accidents / Workers’ Compensation:
· Oversee and manage workers' compensation claims process.
· Collaborate with insurance providers and legal counsel as needed.
· Maintain records and documentation related to workplace injuries and claims.
Employee ADA Accommodations / FMLA / Unpaid Leave:
· Oversee and manage all ADA requests and work with legal counsel as needed.
· Manage all FMLA and non-FMLA leaves of absence and work with employees directly.
· Maintain records and documentation related to all leaves of absence.
Health Benefits Administration:
· Administer and manage employee health benefits programs.
· Assist employees with benefit inquiries and resolve benefit-related issues.
· Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and reporting requirements.
