Litigation Attorney Position at Quill & Arrow, LLP
Quill & Arrow, LLP, a leading California law firm specializing in Lemon Law and personal injury litigation, seeks a talented Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview
This role focuses on handling Lemon Law cases through aggressive litigation, from filing complaints to trial, in alignment with our commitment to maximizing client compensation against auto manufacturers. You will manage a caseload of consumer protection matters, leveraging our technology-driven approach for efficient case handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and briefs specific to California Lemon Law claims (Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act).
- Conduct legal research on Lemon Law statutes, case law, and defenses; prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Develop case strategies, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court to pursue refunds, replacements, and civil penalties.
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to manage high-volume caseloads while maintaining direct client communication.
Qualifications
- Active member in good standing of the California State Bar.
- 1+ years of litigation experience, preferably in consumer protection, Lemon Law, or personal injury; strong motion practice and trial preparation skills.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities; proficiency in legal software (e.g., Clio) and case management.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
