NSC Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Direct Care Staff for work in Sahuarita, Arizona.
JOB DETAILS:
PAY: $17.00
HOURS: 36
START DATE: ASAP (Flexible Shifts 12 hrs, 8hrs, 6hrs and a variety of shifts)
DURATION: 6 months temp to perm
SCOPE:
- Maintain professionalism, attentiveness, and appropriate conduct throughout the entire shift.
- Promote a safe, clean, structured, and supportive home environment for all residents.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and prior to the end of each shift.
- Communicate all significant updates, incidents, and concerns to incoming staff and supervisors.
- Follow all agency policies, licensing regulations, confidentiality standards, and safety procedures.
- Weekly Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean the refrigerator twice per week.
- Check expiration dates on all food and medications once per week.
- Place trash and recycling bins at the front of the house every Sunday evening for scheduled pickup.
- Meal Preparation
- Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner according to the household schedule and dietary guidelines.
- Child Supervision & Care
- Remain present in the living room or common area during the shift unless performing other work-related duties.
- Ensure all children shower and brush their teeth daily.
- Always keep the group home phone in possession during the shift.
- Conduct and document daily and nightly room checks.
Job Requirements
Must be 21+ years of age,
Positions posted both require a Level One Finger Print Clearance Card,
CPR or Certificate, CPI card or certificate
Valid State Issued Driver's License,
Must pass a background check, Urine Drug Screen,
Physician's Statement (TB Test),
Notarized Criminal History Self-Disclosure Form
